Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tugni's platform and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Tugni provides a business operations platform for teams that manage customer communication, support workflows, orders, products, customers, scheduling, campaigns, analytics, and plugin-driven extensions across supported channels.

Accounts and Workspace Access

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and administrative actions inside their business account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tugni to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Send spam, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading communications
  • Interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the service
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform beyond allowed access

Billing

Tugni may use usage-based billing for certain platform activity. Current billing details, if applicable, are presented in the product or in related account communications. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information where required.

Your Data and Content

Your ownership

You retain ownership of the business records, conversation content, and operational data you submit to Tugni. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide the service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the content, messaging workflows, and business data that your workspace manages through the service.

Platform Rights

Tugni and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform software, product design, service marks, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if your use violates these Terms, threatens the service, creates legal exposure, or remains unpaid where payment is required.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tugni will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may notify users through the product, website, or other reasonable communication. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
